A man who beat, raped and murdered two moms as their young children listened to their screams in a Westchester County home invasion is about to be freed by the state parole board.

Samuel Ayala — part of a trio of fiends convicted in the horrific attack on Bonnie Minter and her friend Sheila Watson during a play date in Watson’s South Salem home in 1977 — is set to be released as early as Sept. 3, according to the board and Minter’s now-adult son Jason on Facebook on Monday.

As I've watched things deteriorate, I have come to the conclusion that all the concern and sympathy for the perps is just lip service and that this has been in the works all along, that their plan all along has been to destabilize society to the point where people demand something be done, and then they come in and *save the day* and the populace willingly and cheerfully submits to the tyranny in exchange for a little safety.

Just looked him up on the online database system. He's at Fishkill, and that's where he'll be released from. His name sounds familiar, but there was more than one Samuel Ayala's in the system. The other three are released. If he was at Auburn from 1980 to 1983, I would have run across him while I was an officer there. I transferred out in December of 1983. I've been retired since 2003. If you put his name in the search areas, his info will come up:

Cases like this are why I have been saying for years that we no longer live in a truly civilized country. If we did this garbage would have been publicly hanged within a day or two after his conviction.

This was a cruel and heinous crime. The poor little children had to witness the murder of their mothers and carry that deep scar with them for their entire lifetime. Now they have to endure the pain of one of the killers walking free.

These two perps should have been executed forthwith.
