Soros made his evil presence known by trying to influence the outcome of presidential elections, but Bush 43 stymied his plans temporarily.
He then turned his attentions towards electing down ballot candidates as local prosecutors and statewide candidates for Attorneys General and Secretaries of State. These officials could create much havoc and in many states, Secretaries of State control the election machinery.
