Hey Adder, we thoroughly enjoy the prowalk tours on YouTube.
My wife and I have fallen in love with Italy. We would like to visit the Amalfi coast in the future.
The Amalfi is fantastic. We stayed in Massa Lubrense, it’s small and quiet. Take the ferry ride, I think it leaves from Sorrento. Positano is a favorite visit. South of the Amalfi about an hour is Paestum, Paestum - Wikipedia

Amazing Greek ruins you can wander right through. A cool little museum also. Makes a nice day trip from Amalfi after the first few days.
Be sure to arrange to see the Coast from the sea. A boat trip to the Isle of Capri will do it. The Isle itself is moderately interesting, but the view of the Amalfi Coast from the sea is unforgettable.
The Torre Normanna (http://www.ristorantetorrenormanna.it) is a very nice restaurant in Maori with beautiful views. It's an ancient Norman tower.
In Venice, la Fenice (the Phoenix) is my favourite restaurant, although the Cipriani Hotel restaurant is very good.
An unforgettable experience in Florence is the Castello del Trebbio, still in private ownership, where a nice dinner can be arranged, the food and wine grown and processed on the estate. (https://www.castellodeltrebbio.com/en/castle-florence/)
But there are so many fabulous place in Italy!
We live on Italy youtubes, Rick Steves, and food,,,glorious food videos like Pasta Grannies and Italia Squista.
Absolutely love the country.
Hope they will let us back in soon.
