Vanity: What I found on my Bing app! A Covid tracker!

I discovered a COVID-19 tracker tag today when I opened my Bing search engine app on my Apple phone. I’ll try to post the screen shot in the comments but it doesn’t seem to want to accept it at this point. My phone shows that the tracker app is turned off in the settings, but I wonder if this bing app has been tracking me? Anyone else run into this on any other apps?

There is a vanity thread here, maybe 3 weeks or so old, on how to uninstall it and attempt to keep it from being re-installed. It worked for my Android. I don’t recall if they discussed Apple.
