My Doc gave me this protocol
500 mg Quercetin (supplement for HCQ)
50mg Zinc
5000mg D3
1000 mg C 2x a day
600 mg N-A-C
ALL of his patients are on this protocol and not 1 patient has been CV19 positive MANY elderly WITH underlying conditions!!
Basically what DR Z recommends as prophylaxis..which you and your family should consider taking
For treatment of symptomatic in addition to 200 HCQ x 2 for 5 days, he ups the zinc to 220 mg for 5 days and zithro or doxycycline for 5 days
