One of the problems with that is they have taken out many bonds based on the taxes they expected over the next many years to build the schools.
As it currently is, children are being abused - taught to hate themselves and their country, and taught to believe that perversion is normal and groomed to accept molestation by MAPs (minor-attracted person which is the politically correct term for child molesters like NAMBLA - north american man boy love association, sex before 8 or it's too late).
Better nothing at all than that.
