The payroll tax holiday is pure genius.

If people go a few months without having to pay payroll taxes, they'll stage a full shooting revolution when they try to put it back in. The democrats HAVE to know if they try to stop this in court, they're totally cutting their own throats. Most illegals aren't paying payroll taxes, anyway.
