I can't confirm it but looking at a current
outage map for ConEd customers, it looks like the Clinton's Chappaqua home is experiencing a black-out too.
I'm sure it's just a coincidence.

The Westchester blackout is related to Tropical Storm Isaias which has caused power outages and lots of tree damage in NY, NJ and PA.
