Agreed. When stepmummy dearest was about 2 yrs into her Alzheimer’s, she forgot how to use a treadmill among other interesting “things”.
If you put Joe Biden’s brother on a bike, with a mask and sunglasses, it could be him. They look enough alike and could make the hair look similar.
