Susan Rice will be the name on the ticket. As to who is running the show, that is up for grabs.

Whoever is "handling" Biden can't pick someone that will take over, it has to be someone they can handle as well as they are handling Biden, or someone they have something on so they can control them. Someone such as Harris or Abrams would take off on their own path (along with the BLM faction and other far leftist groups). They know those will be hard to control.

Therefore, they choose Rice. She brings "experience" and can lie with the best of them. JMHO

The problem with Jill Biden as VP is that the Delaware electors could not vote for both of them. But Delaware has only 3 electoral votes so it may not matter. If the race was so close that Joe needed all 3 of Delaware’s votes, those electors could vote for another Democrat for VP, and if the Democrats have a majority in the Senate they would pick Jill over Pence.
