A fuel air bomb requires an air drop. Did anyone see a plane?

Wasn’t... This was a ground burst. Longer videos show a fire started, there were sparks flying off it. Either ammo cooking off or fireworks igniting. Then something big cooked off and the whole thing blew out.

My money is on a shipment of fireworks/ammo/powder coming in and was either accidentally, or on purpose, set on fire.

Why bomb something if there is already something there that will go boom?

I don’t think it was an air drop. I was mostly talking about the huge vapor cloud. It Looked like a fire that lit off something really big. It was not a slow explosion, looked more like HE.

A fuel air bomb requires an air drop.

No, it requires (optimal) dispersal of the flammable vapors prior to ignition. Air drop is one delivery method.
