Oswedo thinks most of the dead are Iranians. Looks to me (what the aitch do I know) that the area was extremely industrial and sort of isolated, regular people would not be that close, Iranians wouldn’t have let them anyway. But windows blown out 15 km away... I hope few regular citizens were killed.
