I got something from Los Angeles County Registrar telling me I can get a ballot in one of 18 languages and to simply request it. Then says they are sending every registered voter a Vote by Mail ballot. It’s basically (imo) a test to see which pieces of mail come back to them undelivered. Or something of the sort.
Received one too, ripped it up!
