Very hood catch - I’ve wondered why people are so eager to be tested when they have no symptoms. A guy at work said he got tested simply because he traveled to CHI.
I heard our mayor was saying that the prevalence (positives) rate in our city has been dropping but it’s not good news because the number of people taking tests has fallen, and he was calling on everyone to go out and go get tested. Yeah sure. Turn up with a false positive and then be labeled a typhoid mary and have the scarlet letter placed on me as I’m placed under house arrest and everybody I’ve talked to gets investigated? No. Freaking. Way. I’ll get tested when they forcibly jam that qtip up my nose and swirl it around. Same with the vaxine - when they hold me down and administer it just like a good old fashioned chinee neighborhood watch party. Then I’ll take it.
