I first started going to Portland over 50 years ago. I was impressed with the city and especially liked the touch of that elk statue downtown.

What is it about the liberal mind, in that they are consumed with a want to destroy things, tear down all heroes, write grafitti etc., and want to live in a world of constant nihilism?
