In California, Democrats have intentionally implemented rolling blackouts — forcing Americans in the dark.

I'm telling you, he really needs to keep hitting CA & showing them as example of Dim policy failures.

Seriously, 2020? And we have ROLLING BLACKOUTS?!?!? Even the Philippines have more reliable power. The Dims have turned this once Golden State into the Blackout State.

Not to mention rampant crime, homelessness, poop maps, failing schools, failing infrastructure, fires caused by homeless & power lines falling down.... WTF?!?!?

Trump can use CA as the Poster Child of what not to do.
