JMHO, only things keep him in office (and out of jail):
Approximately a third of the "republican" state reps/senators style themselves as moderate, regularly vote like bat**** crazy 'rats and never, ever get any competition for re-election from anybody.
The state media types all have their noses inserted so far up Buttock's buttocks if he stumbled they would have to be surgically removed.
The State Supreme Court is chock full of nuts so far to the left I'd half expect 'em to show up in Red robes, plus the Chief Justice is an ex-State AG ('rat, of course) who's even further to the left.
