Rusty, I was there spring, summer and fall. Never winter. Mark owned a home in suburban Chicago, a condo in downtown chicago, a condo in FL, a home near his law school in Northern VA on a mountain(he owned the mountain), and his primary home in Wonderlake ILL. yes, he had $$. I really liked Wisconsin. Any more based on what is going on in the country I would make my move decisions based on RED/BLUE governor, general population and the mayors. Even the R’s are questionable. Mark was a libertarian. I never did learn much about the political make up of Wisconsin.
Well I wouldn’t move from Texas except I’m a prisoner by the a/c all day in the hot long summer. I wish I could afford a summer place and spend other seasons in Texas.
