Yes, that would be great. I’m not sure why we are not seeing similar non-lethal crowd control devices used, especially after 70+ days of rioting in Portland.
A month or so ago, somebody posted that in China they spray the crowd with dye, similar to packs put in money at bank robberies) so the police can track the rioters. Seems like it would be useful too. I guess that wouldn’t necessarily distinguish the actual rioters from “peaceful protesters” though, but they could sort it out later.
