3 weeks of horror. I recall being at one of my 2 jobs as hotel front desk in the back room laying in agony and calling my fellow front desk friend who was to relieve me to PLEASE come in early
following the 3 weeks were 2 months of intense pain.. stabbing, burning, deep
Still now 5 years later still have big time pain issues. Lysine in in my repositorie but CBD seems to have taken the edge off.
and yes,, I had the shot. I am very very anti shots/ vaccines.. only took this because I became weak and subbcombed to a friends pressure. (dumb Dolly)
The only two times I had the flu in my life is after the two mandatory shot requirement at the hospital I was employed at in Houston.

Jem, I am in still in intense pain every time I wear a bra... so glad I am not overly “endowed” for this reason.. LOL. I am still convinced God gave me this lesson in life as I was so very uncompassionate with my friend Bill who had Shingles intense pain for 10 years. I thought he was malingering.. Ha. interesting but dont see the medical relationship or the time frame. Shingles has fazes. Rash, blister (both with growing intense pain)... plateau only in name only as the pain is much worse for many weeks. What is the mentality of this report? what does it do/prevent/and why? When I see on such list food that are good & healthy I question . perhaps my mentality is too cynical but that’s me.. When you have an event.. shingles you have profound nerve damage and in the process pain from hell. I dont see how eliminating _____(fill in the blank) helps. but please educated me . Ms. B. not addressing you as much as the elite mentality experts
