The moderna Wuhan flu study I saw had all of 14 participants (half with side effects reported) in the largest group - not exactly statistically significant but good enough for political and journalist work.

Using 4000 people for a nonmedical study, and 14 people for a medical study, reeks of propaganda and an ulterior motive.

What business does a medical organization have doing a 4000-person study to see if people will take a medication before its available???
