esterday, the president said that if indoctrination centers (schools) don’t re-open in the fall, the parents should receive the funds for educating their child in stead of the schools.

Is he forgetting that ALL property owners are taxed to pay for schools regardless of parental status?

I will expect a tax break.

I believe the thinking is that the funding for education should follow the child. The parents would receive a voucher to allow them to obtain education for their child outside of the public school system rather than hand them a pile of cash.

The object is to get the child educated, not necessarily to reduce taxes. Although that would be a good thing in and of itself.
