It’s multiple crimes if true, and perhaps murder.
I’d love to nail Fauci, but where is the actual evidence for this claim?
Where are the dosage records? How does the claimant know this happened? Fauci didn’t administer the doses, he’s a paper pusher. Some medical assistant did that. Where is that person?
I wasn’t thinking Fauci, just which ever outfit did this. I did read a couple (??) months ago about a trial that used a much larger dose, on very sick patients, w/o that zithro or zinc, and declared it a failure. Lots of details but I’d have to do searches to find it.

One of the doctors at the press conference said that the dosages in that trial were excessive.
So, the data may be in the records of the clinical trial; IIRC those get published in medical journals.
