I’m asking because I’m thinking the only states that are implementing universal mail-in balloting are far left states like California, New York, Washington, etc. that were likely not going to go for Trump anyway. My point is, that POTUS may still be able to win easily if the states that are utilizing this form of voting are limited to just a few far left states. If Trump gets enough electoral votes on election night from enough red states, what does it matter if California, Washington and Oregon don’t get their final results till a month later?

If results are not available on election night the election will not be valid, regardless of electoral vote, in my (limited) view. And state who used mail in and can’t count them would scream and file suits and whatnot. It would an insane mess and create confusion, fear, opportunity for more anarchy and so on. A very bad scene all around.
Who know what demshevike states will try to implement mail in voting in between now and November. Some of the states you list MIGHT go for Trump without fraud.
It is NOT only about Trump it is about the house although liberal states they have many conservative districts and those seats can be stolen again as they did in 2018 with vote harvesting AND counting ballots WAY PAST Election Day!,

That’s very possible. I don’t really know the legalities on how such a scenario would be handled, but one way or another, I can easily see how it could be exploited by the left in order to raise chaos and confusion.
