Currently there are only 8 states that will require an excuse other than Covid to vote by mail. Six of those are solid red states, and the other two are New York and Connecticut. Trump is already way behind the curve in trying to stop mail-in voting. It’s going to be a mess and I’ll be surprised if they call a winner on November 3rd.
