If the admin. “allowed” Herman Cain a way out, it seems unlikely that they would “allow” the cause of death to be Covid-19, though conceivably, that part of the deal might have been outside of their control. I would handicap this theory as unlikely, but not impossible.

Doesn’t this seem like a bit of Trumpian trolling of the media? Why the tweets “from” Cain if he was dying?

Of course, Cain’s death, could have been natural and POTUS could have just asked the family to announce it today to mess with the media.

Cain had Stage 4 colon cancer and died of it.

He also tested positive for COVID.
