In the first crash, Pence’s bus driver supposedly was the one who backed into the dump truck. The second crash is supposed to have occurred between two of his motorcycle escorts. Of course those could be cover stories. Or they could be evidence of plants in his entourage. Or they could be evidence of a coincidence, which is possible but doubtful.
This brings to mind the event that helped precipitate the start of World War I - the assassination of Archduke Ferdinand and his wife. They were lead by their driver into a dangerous situation, even after they had been unsuccessfully attacked earlier in the day.
An even more recent example is the Kennedy assassination, in which there is evidence that his car slowed to a virtual stop in order to give his assassin a clear shot.
