Every time anyone puts a story out there without verifying it, they're doing exactly what the site wants.
Twitter allows accounts to deceptively impersonate other accounts. Just saw one with the screen name "Donald J. Trump" and the @ is donalcljtrump. It also uses President Trump's twitter image. I'd suggest not retweeting these sites, as they are impersonating, not satirizing. They can do damage by making outrageous tweets, but even if the tweets are relatively benign, they are still a method of spreading false information.
