I go to http://donaldjtump.com and click donate. This redirects to winred, but as it’s through his official site, I figure it’s where he wants it to go.
Watching Big Tech CEOs on C-SPAN now.
Zuckerberg is setting a world record for blinking. Isn’t that a “Tell” for lying?
Oddly enough, I agree with both the Republicans and the RATs so far, who are coming at the CEOs from totally different angles.
The Republicans are zeroing in on UNLAWFUL CENSORING of Republican, conservative and pro-Trump content.
The RATs are going after the antitrust issue, and I think they have Google at least dead-to-rights on this, given their explicit use of their power as a both a “Bottleneck” supplier (”Vertical” relationship) and a direct competitor (”Horizontal” relationship) of many other companies, especially competitive websites.
My expectation is that antitrust law will bring increasing pressure on Google over the next several years, and rightly so.
Yes, I am 100% capitalist; but, monopolies actually destroy capitalism, which is BASED ON COMPETITION.
On the Censoring of Republicans, I think the FCC may have something to say about it soon.
I believe under the HIPPA Rules, anyone that asks what kind of medical condition you have can be fined.

FTC should have put a stop to Bezos a long time ago on anti-trust grounds.
Easier than that...Just charge “Going Rate” for package delivery
(Better yet, do both)
Not to be argumentative, but HIPAA only applies to release of information by healthcare organizations, not a business owner. A business can set any rules they want for entering private property and deny entry as long as they do not discriminate. You can claim you can’t for medical reasons, but there’s no law against them asking you for proof.
If a person can’t wear a mask for medical reasons, then under ADA the business is required to provide “reasonable accomodation”. That might mean they have someone do the shopping for you and notify you when you can pick up your items outside the store. ADA applies only to members of a “protected class”, not everyone. That said, a business could face legal liability if a person who is in a protected class wants to challenge the accommodation offered. For example denying entry to a person with COPD who is in a wheelchair but doesn’t have symptoms vs one who is coughing.
I hate the mask mandate as much as anyone but these internet memes about HIPAA and ADA are not based on facts. If you refuse to wear a mask and the business will not let you in, you’re recourse is to shop somewhere else.
Mandates from government officials are a whole ‘nuther matter; the 10th Amendment, which gives states all powers not specifically given to the federal government, allows them the authority to take public health emergency actions, such as setting quarantines and business restrictions. Democrap governors know this and are taking full advantage of the crisis to impose their will upon citizens for political reasons.

????
Careful who you follow.
And, who you take vaccine safety advice from.

Superpacs have their own agendas. I go straight to the official web site of the candidate I wish to support.

Every bit as great watching it over!
Re: House Judiciary Hearing Tech Heads
I am becoming more convinced that this is not a snide play-on-words referencing Fake News MDNBC.
Rather, it is a “signal” regarding the all-to-comfy relationship between the DNC and MicroSoft (Gates).
For the string pullers, attributing a political philosophy is naive. To them, there is only power, and the will to use it. If the government will do it, they'll use the government. If the corporations will do it, they'll use the corporations. They view them as different tools, like hammers and prybars.
The corporations use environmental groups to push legislation through the government that make it too expensive for anyone except a large corporation to navigate the regulations.
