Amazingly we have quite a few freepers who oppose keeping foreigners out of the White House in accordance with the Constitution.
The natural born citizen clause was put in there precisely to exclude the children of foreigners who are themselves born foreigners, even if born here.
But there are a lot of fans of Piyush Jindal, Nimrata Randhawa, Micro Rubio, Rafael Cruz and George P. Bush who oppose upholding the Constitution.
In my opinion ; the Constitution should hold that No Person , foreign-born, should ever hold elected office , at any level , in the United States of America . Regardless of any citizenship status attained as a legal immigrant. Elective office eligibility should only begin to occur in the U.S. born children of legal immigrants, and at the mandated legal age.
Those who are foreign-born should NEVER ascend to legislative power over ANY native-born American. NEVER! EVER!
There is no case, anywhere in this world , where an American could go and reside there, and after a short period of time , be elected to legislative office and thereafter hold power over the native-born citizens of that country. NOT ONE. Nor should we be so imprudent to offer any such thing .Just look what they do! And we allow this? Remove them
