A serious question Id love someone who wants masks to answer:
If masks prevent the spread of covid, why do just as many women as men have covid in Muslim nations such as Saudi Arabia? The women there wont go out in public unmasked upon pain of death. Is their case rate not the same as for women in non muslim countries?
If any pro mask FReeper would address that question id liveto hear from you.

No, for that reason, not at all. There are exceptions.
On masks in some of the Middle Eastern countries, the virus tends to spread most easily between people in small spaces (e.g., family members).
