I'm trying to update the FAQ table for our threads going forward. Still needs work - I could separate all the questions at the top and hyperlink to the answers at the bottom or on another thread, but that would take too much time right now. Input into text, formatting, boo boos etc. is welcome.

I note that two links have died. The links in #6 and #12 lead to deleted content. If you come across or know of fresh links to the original content, please let me know. ThankQ
