Well, if it were being done it would have to be secret tech. Nonetheless, you’re right, OUR favorite President would never intentionally doom 400 million people to drowning/disease/starvation. Chalk it up more to that phenomenon that bad things just seem to keep happening to people who go out of their way to eff with Mr. Trump.

Throw into mix the report a few days back how the Chinese had invited in American Engineers and experts on the plan for the dam and the super-sized lake it would create. The comments by the Americans were that the lake size would be enough to change future weather patterns. Perhaps true?
