Pro tip: A little dab will do you. Pat, don’t swipe. Get the liquid icy cold and drink with lots of ice. Rub your tongue with ice before you drink it. Drink with a straw and aim it at the back of your throat, past your tongue. Eat a basically soft and liquid diet the days before you prep, that way you get empty faster.

That's the rub; there are no days before my prep. When I got the phone call this morning I had to spend hours in the lab, then pick up what I could think of. The procedures are Saturday. I usually do start prep two days prior.
