You’d then have to snip it and save it to your drive and upload it online to share.

Go to search and type in snipping tool. It will either come up or allow you to download it for free.
If you have a simple photo or graphics program you are comfortable with, after you 'print screen', open that program and just hit paste and then you can crop at will.
