It's got the twitter check, so it's his verified account. Most celebs have an assistant or pr staff do their tweets. There's been one claim that he's passed away, with no verification.

It's not like he's Ruth Bader Ginsberg, there's no reason to pretend he's still alive. I'll call it that he's still around until proven otherwise.
