I checked the presser transcript and “Sandman” refers to the nickname of a baseball player who was at the White House that day to be with the Little League baseball players. Trump explains his nickname in the conference. So I’m not yet willing to say that Sandman refers to ominous lyrics as the tweeters speculate.
I also doubt the Tweet suggesting the aid was going to be hammering on what might be a blackberry’s phone with that hammer. Seems like they would take it somewhere private to do that, particularly as there’d likely be glass fragments.

If so, then “Sandman” lyrics “Something is wrong” would be true. If so - it would expose the Dem “press room” to the world in a way that other venues could not. Wonder if Q just flashed the world? :/
