POLK COUNTY, Fla. (WFLA) – Authorities in Polk County continue to probe the grisly killings of three men who were found beaten and shot to death in Frostproof over the weekend.
The victims, Brandon Rollins, 27, Keven Springfield, 30, and Damion Tillman, 23, were “massacred” near Lake Streety during a nighttime catfishing trip, Sheriff Grady Judd said at a news conference Saturday.

I could give you a comprehensive response but the short answer is we do not live in a civilized country, i.e., one in which felony predators are severely punished within days of their apprehension, and where the death penalty is routinely administered.
As a result, the education system is woeful.

You mean like in many major cities in the country where students leave school basically illiterate and unable to figure out how to make change for a dollar bill?

I’m over near Orlando and we hear about him all the time. Unless he’s holding back info for good reason- you never have to wonder what he’s thinking:)
The Wiggins brothers are definitely the kind of white men you do not mess with. The eyes are not the flat dead gaze of many ferals but brooding and intense akin to a tiger. Mary Whitmore looks like a lost soul. Not bad looking either.

Yep...I was looking around Land o lakes, Wesley Chapel...that area. Saw a few place outside of the developments. It’s booming there.
They call it the I-4 corridor and it has been booming there for the last 4 years.
Sheriff Grady Judd appears to be a highly competent, intelligent, compassionate sheriff.

All the money in the world cannot fix the public education system. Folks who can”t see the forest for the trees, may think ever increasing property taxes are the answer. Logic says otherwise.
Fla has a lot more rural, “in the middle of nowhere” places than folks realize. It is a big place. And it ain’t all Orlando.

I used to go Catfishing at night on the Charles River all the time in my home town of Dedham, MA during the 80’s.

These guys and their pickups had zero booze and zero drugs in them.
