After reading a lot of coverage of this, I actually think it means Kasich will be speaking in support of Biden, not instead of.

O.K. I misread your original post. I thought you were saying that Kasich was going to give Biden’s acceptance speech for him. That would have been bad. But nothing the dims do would surprise me anymore.
