Aside from the sociopaths you gotta look at em as a box of tools. In the hands of a competent and just leadership they’re going to get a lot accomplished for good but in the hands of corrupt and immoral leadership they’re going to end up grinding the meat off knuckles and wringing heads off of bolts...
