I don’t think a lawsuit would be successful. Absent a well-written contract, the Cornell students and faculty will just have eat their peas, or find another college.
If the conversation were fair, there’d be a chance that this new educational requirement might have some value. But the conversation will not be fair.
White and Asian folk will have to sit and listen while they are lectured by black radicals. And then the whites and Asians will have to apologize for their privilege. No dissent - however minor - will be tolerated.
Kinda like Mao’s Great Leap Forward.
