I don't like twitter, only there to #MAGA.
There are some accounts that have 20,000 tweets and 10 followers. If they post something snarky to you, just block them. They're just on twitter to argue. They're the ones that make complaints and get accounts suspended. Don't waste your time arguing with someone with less than 100 followers.
NEVER threaten or dox anyone.
You can follow as many as you want until you hit 5,000. After that, you have to ratio, something like no more than 500 more following than followers.
Twitter is vindictive. They bleed about four followers a day from my account. I added twelve followers today, and am up seven.
For followers, I look for people that have a balanced ratio. Always follow back, unless they're an obvious spam account. If they start direct messaging you, just block them. They're phishing for something.
I find I get a lot of engagement on replies to posts, practically nothing on original posts.
Thank you very much for those twitter tips. Those are very practical and helpful. Easy St. helped me get started so I followed him and figured out who some FreeQs were from his account.
I have been surprised at followers but check home pages and a few tweets before following back. This concerned me a bit initially because I thought I would be preaching to the choir. However I have found the ability comes to debate, sometimes rationally, when I add comments to retweets. There are a few people who engaged back with arguments who I felt ended the communication grasping new information. Never know.
I appreciate knowing to check the ratio of followers and better ROE.
Posting blind. This is a Twitter thread that shows Bolton receiving a handoff from a middle eastern guy at poppy bushs funeral:
