There was an incident a few weeks back where Q said “call the ball” and there was discussion as to what that meant. The next morning, or sooner, President Trump tweeted out: “November 3, 2020” with no explanation. I got this from Neon, but the idea is that call the ball let the P know everything was ready. Him tweeting out that particular date satisfied the very early drop with 11.3 being a future marker.
