China for sure, Soros too and maybe even Qatar, Iran if they have any bucks left. Qatar is wealthy little country and very corrupt, funds jihad. Since the demsheviks kiss the a**es of moslems and China, and of course do whatever Soros wants and they want it already, that’s what I can come up with.
Now their drug laundering and human trafficking profits are drying up they’re even more dependent on the above sources of $$$.
