Is Jiangxi Jiujiang Yongxiu dam upstream of Three Gorges?
If so, could there be a domino effect from the sudden release of water upstream?
More water is expected as the Yangtze river peaks again on Tuesday.Already flood valves are open and flooding downstream is historic. Hard to say what happens beyond Tuesday and if the dam holds one more time.
