Madigan has been speaker of the Illinois house since 1971
he runs Illinois with an iron fist through a property tax scam
that allows him to fund all of the Democrat politicians campaigns
and ensure he is perpetually elected speaker.
His reign is now coming to an end and
it’s none too soon.
