I think Q4545 tells us to discuss ideas on a board like this and then use them to challenge the deep state narrative in less friendly places on the net.
There’s a huge vitamin D deficiency problem and studies showing a correlation between COVID 19 and vitamin D levels. It seems like a real problem to me but I don’t know if it’s an issue strong enough to challenge the deep state nrrative.
Challenging the narrative is not about having one or a few great items of information. It’s about using every piece of truth me have in our ammo store. Vitamin D as a preventative is perfectly fit ammo. Bring all you have and use it generously!

Vit D deficiency is a huge issue and problem. I have read a couple of Vit D books by this guy that Quackwatch labeled a quack, but interesting.. he’s ready so many medical articles, it makes my head spin. His name is Jeff T Bowles.
I am currently taking 10,000 iu of Vit D with Super K because of his book. I still have asthma problems, but not as bad and less arthritis pain. I haven’t used a fast acting inhaler since then, still the long acting one. Normally, I mean every year, I get pneumonia in June/July, without fail. And since I upped it a couple of years ago, I haven’t even had a cold or the flu.
