Dan Scavino has modified a chirpy Portland Oregon Tourism video. Around 15 seconds in, the beauty of Oregon's attractions begins to be spliced with rioting. Background music and a welcoming voice tout the city and you see a team of enforcement go by on modified runningboards (platform) of a vehicle. More beauty and fires, vandalims and copy/rioter conflicts, all while talking about Portland's "laid back" style. Well done.
