A friend who has a jet powered sewing machine and the stamina of a long term runner, in the weekend after 13 March made hundreds of masks and gave them away.
I started wearing my mask when we had to, on that weekend.
My wife hand washed them every Saturday and dried them in the sun and wind of our deck.
Anyway as I posted, we ordered 50 from Amazon, to avoid the insane Maskholes / Karens. We started using them last Friday and one’s ear strap, sling broke yesterday.
I try to hang mine in the sun every time I use it.
I rotate through about 3 of the disposable face masks that way, with one always in the sun and two hanging off the gear shift lever in my car.
