No it isnt.
Its conservatism. By its definitional nature its not libertarianism or populism. How you defend it may vary but what it is isnt populism or libertarianism. By definition.
I think what is important is the over riding principles...I am mainly conservative. I have a libertarian streak. I find that a populist can be an ally but there is no over riding principle for populism so it needs guidance and that is a combination of conservatism and libertarian principles with populism being a motivator not a guiding principle.
